What almost looks like a sexy two-piece lingerie set on the gorgeous Hilary Duff, somehow managed to be waterproof enough to warrant being called a bikini while she was out at the beach. Rather than walking around in the sun in a black bikini, I think it’d be better to see Hilary Duff naked or at least to give her whole body some sun and avoid those unwanted suntan lines. The bikini’s pretty scantly in the first place so I’m sure a bit more skin being exposed wouldn’t be a real issue for her, surely – I certainly would never discourage her from venturing onto a nudists beach.
